LAND lying to the south of South Coast Road, Peacehaven
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Sections 123(1) and 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), Lewes District Council intend to dispose of part of the land at Fairlight Avenue Car Park, Telscombe Cliffs, which forms part of land lying to the south of South Coast Road, Peacehaven. The Council intend to grant (pursuant to a proposed agreement for lease) a new lease of the land in question for use as a café and community space.
A plan identifying the location of the land which is proposed to be let is available for inspection upon written request using the contact details supplied below. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:
