Autosmart International Ltd gives notice that it is intending to apply to Lichfield District Council for hazardous substance consent to store up to 155 tonnes of screen wash, up to 40 tonnes of Methanol, and 40 tonnes of Hydrofluoric acid-based cleaning product at Unit 9, Attwood Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS73GJ. The site already holds hazardous substance consent; this application is a variation to the amounts that can be stored to allow for seasonal demand for products. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Unit 9 Attwood Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS73GJ during reasonable office hours (0900– 1600) until 21st November 2025.
Once a valid application is submitted, the Council will consult the relevant bodies and persons affected. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to: Lichfield District Council Planning Department at District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, Staffs, WS136YU.
