What is planned?

BLABY DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (AS AMENDED) TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017

19/1610/OUT Land North of Hinckley Road, Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire Outline application for demolition of existing buildings and erection of up to 885 dwellings, including public open space, land reserved for a primary school, landscaping and associated infrastructure (all matters reserved except means of access)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BLABY DISTRICT COUNCIL has granted the above planning application on 12 June 2026 

The Environmental Information accompanying the application has been taken into account in reaching this decision. 

Copies of the following are available for public inspection at https://pa.blaby.gov.uk/onlineapplications and at Blaby District Council, Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 2EP:
1. Planning application.

2. Environmental Impact Assessment.

3. Planning Committee Report which includes details of the main reasons and considerations on which the decision was based.

4. Decision Notice

5. Regulation 29 and 30 Statement.

The validity of the Council's decision can be challenged by application to the Courts for Judicial Review.
