NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE UNDER- LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 131.

1 Demolition of barns and part cottage and formation of 2 new detached Self Build and Custom Build houses with ancillary leisure annex and tennis court at Greenacres Dab Green Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 5HL by Furnival, Furnival Farms. 

File Ref: 26/00358/FUL. (Proposal Affects a Public Right of Way)

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents. 

Alternatively, the applications may be viewed online at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk 

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
