NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Calderdale intends to dispose of land at Roils Head Playing Fields which forms part of an open space. The disposal is by means of granting a 30 Year Lease.
A plan of the area intended to be demised in the 30 Year Lease is available upon request by e-mail sent to Elizabeth.Mandebura@calderdale.gov.uk.
Any member of the public wishing to obtain a copy of the plan, make representations on the proposed disposal or lodge an objection is invited to do so by no later than 4.30pm on 10th July 2026
