DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

*Should the council refuse this application then the applicant will have the right to appeal. If the appeal is dealt with through the Planning Inspectorate’s Expedited Householder Appeals Service, comments made on this application will automatically be forwarded to the Inspectorate for consideration. In these circumstances there will be no opportunity to make additional comments.
