Rydym wedi derbyn y ceisiadau canlynol o dan y Deddfau Cynllunio a nodir uchod.

MD – Rhif cais 43/2026/0224 – Tir yn Mindale Farm, Ffordd Hendre, Gallt Mellyd, Prestatyn - Dymchwel adeiladau presennol, codi 146 o anheddau fforddiadwy a gwaith cysylltiedig gan gynnwys ffordd fynediad, tirlunio a mannau agored cyhoeddus, draenio, a seilwaith arall.

LBC – Rhif cais 01/2026/0234 – Plough Inn, Lon Sowter, Dinbych - Ffurfio dihangfa dan allanol newydd, ynghyd a ffens rhwyll; codi canopi to polycarbonad dros y brif fynedfa a gwaith cysylltiedig (cais Adeilad Rhestredig).

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

MD – Application No. 43/2026/0224 – Land at Mindale Farm, Ffordd Hendre, Meliden, Prestatyn - Demolition of existing buildings, erection of 146 affordable dwellings and associated works including access road, landscaping and public open space, drainage, and other infrastructure.

LBC – Application No. 01/2026/0234 – Plough Inn, Bridge Street, Denbigh - Formation of a new external fire escape, together with mesh fencing; erection of a polycarbonate roof canopy over main entrance and associated works (Listed Building application).

LBC – Application No. 02/2026/0196 – Cyril Arnold & Co., 5A Castle Street, Ruthin - Replacement of 2 no. rear, first floor timber windows, rear ground floor window to french door, removal of side window and removal of non-structural stud wall at kitchen (Listed Building application).
