Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/26/00360/VCON - Variation of conditions 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 ,14 , 15, 16, 19, 20, 31, 33, 35, 36 and 37 of application

CHE/24/00432/FUL (Residential development comprising the erection of 102 dwellings, together with landscaping, infrastructure, access arrangements & associated works) at Land To The West Of, Bevan Drive, Inkersall. Reason for Advert: Major Application Setting of a listed building, Public Right of Way. CHE/26/00398/FUL – Retrospective planning for wooden shelter at 15 High Street, Brimington, S43 1DE. Reason: Setting of a listed building, conservation area.

CHE/26/00399/VCON - Variation of Condition 3 (Approved drawings) of application CHE/25/00723/VCON (Variation of Condition 30 (Management of surface water drainage) of application CHE/21/00554/OUT) at Land At North East To Markham Vale & Employment Site and M1 &The South West Of B6419, Seymour Link Road ,Woodthorpe. Reason: Major Application, Setting of a listed building, Public Right of Way, not in accordance with local plan.

CHE/25/00779/FUL - use to two flats with external alterations at 26 High Street, Brimington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S43 1HJ. Reason: conservation area, setting of a listed building.

CHE/26/00275/ADV - 4 no double sided digital Heritage Black 'D6' outdoor display units, at Vicar Lane Shopping Centre S40 1PY. Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building
