Reason: Major Application, Setting of a listed building, Public Right of Way, not in accordance with local plan.

CHE/25/00779/FUL - use to two flats with external alterations at 26 High Street, Brimington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S43 1HJ. Reason: conservation area, setting of a listed building.

CHE/26/00275/ADV - 4 no double sided digital Heritage Black 'D6' outdoor display units, at Vicar Lane Shopping Centre S40 1PY. Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building
