Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building:

Imbirds Yard Souther Cross Road Good Easter Convert barn to dwelling with extensions & alterations, parking, landscaping & ancillary works. Demolition of existing structures Ref No. 26/00603/FUL

Red Stack Tech 218A Moulsham Street Change of use 1st floor from Offices to Education. Ref No. 26/00559/FUL

Seven Trees Rectory Chase Sandon Repair & infill existing boundary fence boundary. Erection of shed. Installation of swimming pool. Change of use of land to garden. Ref No. 26/00359/FUL

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE by 10th July 2026.

Comments submitted will be available for the public to read and if an appeal is made will be passed to the Secretary of State. See our website for further information.
