(25-003) (FAIR ASH, B3114 BRISTOL ROAD, STRATFORD LANE, WEST HARPTREE VILLAGE)
(20 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be that it is prohibited to drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour on the lengths of road as listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

Full details of the proposals, together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours or may be requested, free of charge, by contacting by email council_connect@bathnes.gov.uk  

The proposals may also be viewed on the Council’s website by searching for 25-003 on the webpage: www.bathnes.gov.uk/permanent-traffic-ordernotices Or at: https://consultation.appyway.com/bath-and-northeast-somerset and selecting consultation on the left-hand side of the screen.

Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 9th July 2026, by selecting consultation 25-003 at: https://consultation.appyway.com/bath-and-north-east-somerset and completing the feedback form that can be seen in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen or in writing to the address below.
