(LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26L/1623 - The Old Library, Lister Drive (13) Applicant Jerry Spencer, Lister Steps Limited. To carry out repairs to roof; cladding of small section of brick wall and renewal of the tower gutter linings.
26H/1328 - 4 Eaton Road (19) Applicant Jon Paul Lavelle. To erect single storey rear extension following the demolition of the existing conservatory.
26F/1594 - Pacific Chambers, 11-13 Victoria Street (2) Applicant Jamie Motlagh, JSM Company Group. To change use of existing upper floors to 12 no. serviced apartments on 2nd to 4 th floors, with communal area on 1 st Floor.
26F/1583 - 3 Brunswick Street (2) Applicant HRSNO Ltd. To carry out alterations to the existing building, including lowering of basement floor level; formation of ground floor mezzanine; retention of office accommodation at upper levels and provide accessible lift from the main entrance and extension to the roof, carry out associated external alterations, including fluted façade treatment, privacy screens and finish to the upper addition.

Planning application to vary condition 9 attached to planning reference 20F/1938 (To erect 4 storey building (including accommodation in the roof space) containing 20 apartments with associated parking and landscaped areas) so as to add an additional 20 no. roof mounted PV panels.
26F/1624 - Imperial Court, Exchange Street East (2) Applicant Seth Real Estate Ltd. Proposed external works to facilitate the change of use of the building to residential, and the creation of ground floor office space and commercial space.
26F/1682- Watchmans Hut on north side of Pier Head, Canning Half Tide Dock (3) Applicant Maria Cochrane. Planning application to vary condition 2 attached to planning reference 25F/0844 (To carry out remedial fabric repairs, replacement windows and external door, installation of new electrical fittings and associated external works to provide level access) so as to ratify the window fenestration as installed and to ratify the waterproofing treatment to the roof.
26F/1603 - Speke Hall, The Walk (24) Applicant Shona Taylor, National Trust. To install a mobile food concession trailer.
