Application for the installation of new shop front, 2no roof lights and PV Solar panels to roof and window/door alteration to side. at 56 High Street, Yarm, TS15 9AH by Mr Paul Kemp 26/1099/FUL and 26/1080/LBC.
Erection of single storey rear extension, installation of juliette balcony to the existing rear dormer and erection of pitched roof to the existing front dormer. Application to part render front elevation and installation of replacement windows and doors to the front and side (demolition of the existing rear conservatory) at 6 West End Gardens, Yarm, TS15 9QX by Fahim Farooquim Total Planning Solutions UK Ltd 26/1131/FUL.
In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
