2026/0471/FUL Single storey rear extension and associated alterations to the existing dwelling, including replacement of an existing flat roof with a dual pitched roof at Rookery Bungalow, Dungeon Lane, Dalton.The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
