PRE-APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION EVENT & WEBSITE
Proposal: Residential development comprising 107 units, access from Bells Manor, access roads, landscaping, associated site works, and right turning lane on Bellshill Road (immediately east of No 25 Bellshill Road).
Location: Lands to the immediate west of Bells Court & Bells Manor, to the immediate south-east of Castle Oak, and to the immediate east of Castle Meadows & Oak Grove, Castledawson. Part of Bellshill Road to the immediate east of No 25 Bellshill Road.
A public consultation event in relation to the above proposal will take place on 29th June 2026 from 4.30pm to 7.00pm at Castledawson Inn, 47 Main Street, Castledawson, BT45 8AA. Drawings of the proposal will be on display and interested parties can discuss the proposal with the project team and provide comments.
