What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin
Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2026/0408 – Land West of Household Recycling Centre, Hortonwood 60, Hortonwood – Erection of 1no. unit (Use Classes B2 and B8) with first floor office space (Use Class E(g)i), associated parking, substation and landscaping
TWC/2026/0410 – 29 Tan Bank, Wellington – Installation of 2no. security shutters on front elevation only (Retrospective)
TWC/2026/0422 & 0423 – Installation of 1no. non-illuminated fascia sign, 1no. non-illuminated hanging sign with wall bracket and painted graphic text to the side elevation of the building (Full Planning & Listed Building Application)
TWC/2026/0424 – Biogas Processing Site, Barnes Farm, Rowton – Erection of a waste reception building, ancillary accommodation and alterations to existing biogas production plant, including change of use of an area of agricultural land
TWC/2026/0425 & 0426 – 2 Drury Lane, Rodington – Erection of a first floor rear extension with balcony, installation of 2no. roof lights and replacement of existing 2no. roof lights, plant on timber and rendering (Full Planning & Listed Building Application)

and need to be received by 9 July 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
