Notice is hereby given that the above proposed development is subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and that additional information in relation to the EIA Report has been submitted to Comhairle nan Eilean Siar to inform the planning application for the above proposal.
During a period of 30 days, beginning with the date of this Notice, a copy of the additional information to the EIA Report may be examined:

• at the Council Offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis HS1 2BW (Tel No 01851 822690) during office hours;
• at Kinloch Community Hub, Balallan, HS2 9PN.
Any person who wishes to make representations to the planning application in relation to the EIA Report, may submit comments, by the expiry of 30 days of the date of this Notice, by:

This application is of a class of development where pre-application consultation has been required and carried out. Notwithstanding comments previously submitted to the applicant, any person wishing to make representations relating to the planning application should make them to the Planning Service at the address or email above.
Any subsequent submission of substantive information about a matter in the EIA Report shall be advertised in this publication and published on the Comhairle website/online planning portal under reference 26/00168/PPDM
The possible decisions which Comhairle nan Eilean Siar may take in relation to the application are to grant planning permission, to grant planning permission with conditions or to refuse permission.
