registered under title number SYK550914
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local
Government Act 1972 that City of Doncaster Council (“the Council”) intends to
dispose of public open space land at Cantley Park Training Ground, Cantley,
Doncaster, by way of the transfer of the freehold interest in the land. A plan
identifying the land is on deposit at the Business Reception desk at Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU and may be examined there during normal office
hours.
By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is
required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of public open space and
consider any objections to the proposed disposal.
Any objections should be made in writing to Scott Fawcus, Service Director,
Legal and Democratic Services, City of Doncaster Council, Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU no later than 12 noon on 20th July 2026.
