NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC INQUIRY FOR APPEAL

Reason for Inquiry:

Appeal against the refusal of planning permission (25/01675/S106) Application pursuant to S106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to modify the Deed of Planning Obligation dated 19 February 2020 (associated planning reference 19/00517/FUL), delete clause 1 definitions relating to affordable housing, delete clauses relating to affordable housing, delete plans showing the affordable housing land, delete , Schedule 4 Part 1, planning obligations associated with the delivery of affordable housing, Schedule 4 Part 2, agreed mix; and Schedule 4 Part 3, affordable housing review mechanism

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry to decide the above appeals. The Inspector appointed to decide the appeal is Mr John Longmuir BA (Hons) DipUD MRTPI.

The inquiry will open at 10.00am on Monday, 7 July 2026 at Will Thorne Chamber, Stratford Town Hall, 29 The Broadway E15 4BQ. We have currently scheduled 4 sitting days.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
