I GIVE NOTICE THAT a Planning Appeal has been made under Section 78(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, pursuant to an outline planning application for a Major Development accompanied by an Environmental Statement (The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).

Application reference S.23/1451/OUT received on 18.07.2023 at Land Northwest of Stonehouse, Gloucestershire for ‘Mixed use development comprising the following individual, severable and self-contained elements: i) Up to 635 residential dwellings ii) A primary school; Sport and recreation facilities and associated works including: infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space (including allotments), landscaping and access. Appeal reference: S.26/016/APPND

Members of the public may inspect copies of the Application, Environmental Statement and Appeal documents submitted online www.stroud.gov.uk/planning. Copies of the Environmental Statement can be obtained for a cost (POA).

Reason for advertising; 1- Departure from Local Plan; 2 - Affect a Public Right of Way; 4 – EIA development with ES, 8 – Major Development (Article 2, DMPO).
