Town and Country Planning Act 1990, The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: 

The following applications have been received for proposals which may affect a Listed Building and/or a Conservation Area, may be a Major Development and/or Departure from the Development Plan, and/or affect a public right of way or an Environmental Statement has been submitted. Details may be inspected online at www.runnymede.gov.uk.  

Any representations must be done by going through the planning search on the Council website and pressing "make a comment", this needs to be received within 21 days from the publication of this notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank Holiday falling within this period. Representations received are available for public inspection.

RU.26/0629 81-82, High Street, Egham, TW20 9HE Removal of Condition 4 of planning permission RU.25/1831(Installation of rear external staircases and the replacement of an existing first-floor and second -floor rear windows with doors) 

RU.26/0690 St Johns Beaumont School, Priest Hill, Old Windsor, Egham, Surrey, SL4 2JN Listed Building Consent for Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the second floor to create new boarding accommodation, installation of new sanitaryware and partitions, and associated likefor- like repairs,refurbishments, and service upgrades.

RU.26/0693 114 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HQ Application to vary Condition 2 (drawings) and Condition 3 (Conservation Area Materials Approval) of application RU.25/0838 (for the variation of Condition 2 of planning permission RU.23/1624 ((Proposed detached garage with office above following demolition of existing garage & outbuilding)) to add 9 solar panels to rear roof.

RU.26/0737 Wentworth Court, Ridgemead Road, Englefield Green, Surrey, TW20 0YD Listed building consent for minor internal alterations to facilitate the reinstatement of bedroom and bathroom accommodation, including amendments to internal partition walls.
