Ref: 1058/APP/2026/1311 Proposed development at: Paddington Packet Boat Public House High Road, Uxbridge I give notice that Nexus Planning is applying for Planning Permission for: Variation of Condition 2 (Accordance with Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. 1058/APP/2024/1013, dated 13-09-24 (Variation of Condition 2 (Accordance with Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. 1058/ APP/2021/3423, dated 08-09-2023 (Demolition of the public house (Sui Generis) and erection of purpose-built student accommodation (Sui Generis) and associated common areas and facilities, landscaping, amenity space, bicycle and motorcycle parking, and refuse storage) to make design changes, remove affordable student accommodation from the development and replace it with market rent student accommodation) to amend the approved plans, including internal reconfiguration and revised studio typologies to increase student accommodation from 61 to 73 rooms (including 20% affordable student accommodation), a modest increase in the ground floor footprint to provide additional communal amenity space, alterations to fenestration, and amendments to the layout of external amenity space, cycle parking and landscaping.

Any representations on the applications should be submitted in writing to Planning Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW, quoting the relevant reference number or online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by email to applicationsprocessingteam@hillingdon.gov.uk.  Representations should be made by 8th July 2026 (21 days) for applications within CATEGORY A and CATEGORY B; Written or telephone enquiries may also be made to Planning Services at the above address (Tel: 01895 250230).
