What is planned?

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning application for development in the Borough, which is hereby advertised.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (Article 15)

THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

(1) Affects a Conservation Area (2) Affects the setting of a Listed Building 3) A Major Development (4) A departure from development plans (5) Affects a Public Right of Way

Land North of Barton Way, Ormesby St Margaret; Variation of Conditions 2, 12, 19, 22, 27 and 28 of pp 06/23/0504/F (Construction of 55 dwellings with associated access, drainage, public open space, landscaping and infrastructure) – Amendments to approved plans to change the approved site layout including: access routes, public open space provision, pumping station and drainage scheme, change house types, designs, sizes, materials and siting, amend landscaping scheme, and replace some houses with bungalows. Application No 06/26/0357/VCF (3, 4, 5)

Market Gates Shopping Centre, A Market Gates, Great Yarmouth; Installation of a non-illuminated 1.6m x 4.5m framed PVC advertisement, with display mounted within an aluminium frame fixed to the facade. (Full application linked to associated advertisement consent application 06/25/1034/A). Application No 06/25/1085/F (1)

2 St Georges Road, Belton; Erection of conservatory to front elevation. Application No 06/26/0286/HH (2)

Land to the north of 20 Kestrel Close, Bradwell; Retrospective application for the change of use from publicly accessible open space/amenity land to private residential curtilage and incorporation into the adjoining garden at 20 Kestrel Close, Bradwell. Application No 06/26/0379/CU (4)

Lands End, Rottenson Lane, Scratby; Retrospective application for the erection and retention of a cabin in place of former sheds, and for continued use over a temporary period up to 2055. Application No 06/26/0383/F (4)
