A/25/100160/HH 16 Park Road Billinge Wigan WN5 7JS. Single storey front extension, single storey rear extension and external alterations to the fenestration. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.
A/26/100796/RMMAJ Land South East Of South Lancashire Industrial Estate Lockett Road Ashton-In-Makerfield WN4 8DE. Application for the approval of reserved matters (Scale, access, appearance, layout and landscaping) comprising storage and distribution / general industrial floorspace (Use Classes B8 and B2) with light industrial use workshop (Use Class E(g)(iii)) and ancillary offices (Use Class E(g)(i)), and gatehouse, together with the provision of infrastructure including drainage submitted pursuant to planning permission A/21/92036/OUTMAJ allowed by appeal reference: APP/V4250/w/22/3307710 (or any subsequent variation of that permission).
