Notice is hereby given of applications which have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Affects Public Footpath 206. Erection of a storage barn. Winceby Manor, High Barn Lane, Winceby. Mr and Mrs Newman, (00846/26/FUL). 

Affects Public Footpath 14. Erection of 1 no. dwelling on site of an existing barn which is to be demolished. Hudsons Farm, Holton Road, Tetney. Mr N Hales, (00797/26/FUL). 

Major Development. Section 73 application to vary condition 1 (approved plans) as imposed on planning permission LR/569/68 (as amended by 02194/25/NMA and 00832/26/NMA) for the erection of 17no. dwellings and construction of access roads on land off Keeling Street, North Somercotes. Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice. 

Development of a Listed Building. External alterations to existing coffee shop which is a listed building including the siting of an external flu pipe. 35 High Street, Wainfleet, Lincolnshire. Mr H Demirsal, (00731/26/FUL). Conservation Area. 

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Affects Tree Preservation orders and Public Footpath 154. Extension to existing dwelling to provide a garden room. Bracken House, Manor Road, Woodhall Spa. Mr A Craven, (00900/26/FUL). 

Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Erection of 9no. dwellings with associated car parking and internal access road. Demolition of 2no. existing buildings. 

Plots 1 - 9, Land Off Hammerton Lane, Horncastle. Mr S Tucker, (00756/26/ FUL). Affects/Adjoins Conservation Area. Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Affects Tree Preservation orders. Installation of 3no. air source heat pump units and removal of existing oil tank and storage room. North Thoresby Primary School, High Street, North Thoresby. 

Lift Schools, (00629/26/FUL). In determining an application the Local Planning Authority will take into account representations relating to the applications which are received by them. 

Any response you make is open to public inspection and will also appear on the Council's website in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, even if marked 'Private and Confidential'.
