PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposal: Erection of residential development with associated access, landscaping, and other works at Land at Forthside Way, Stirling, FK8 1NR

A public consultation event will be held prior to the submission of a planning application for this proposed development.

The event will be held at: The Academy Suite, Stirling Highland Hotel, Spittal Street, Stirling FK8 1DU on Thursday 25th June 2026 between 3pm - 7pm

Comments can be made to the Applicant at the public event or via the above contact details. Comments should be submitted to Graham + Sibbald by 31st July 2026. A second feedback event will be held in August 2026.

Please note that comments made directly to Westpoint Homes Ltd are not representations to Stirling Council. Once a planning application has been submitted there will be an opportunity to make representations on the application to the Council.
