b) WL/2026/00511: Riseholme: Mr & Mrs Payne: The Fives, Riseholme Lane: extensions & alterations to dwelling inc. annexe

c) WL/2026/00516: Hemswell: Mrs T Horsfield: Windy Ridge, Middle St: removal of bird loft & erection of holiday let, alongside change of use of garage to holiday let. (affects right of way)

d) WL/2026/00526: Riseholme: B Adams: University of Lincoln, Riseholme Hall, Riseholme Park: consent for level access, erection of ramps, & internal alterations. (app WL/2026/00525 also rec'd)
