• 2026/0177/LBC
Jews Court, 2 - 3 Steep Hill: Ceiling repairs and installation of new lighting and CCTV. (Listed Building Consent).
• 2026/0334/LBC
6 Northgate: Replacement windows (Retrospective) (Listed Building Consent).
• 2026/0335/LBC
202 High Street: Replacement signage including fascia, projecting and ATM signs. (Listed Building Consent).
• 2026/0320/FUL
13A, B And C Garmston Street: Installation of door to form entrance to front elevation. Alterations to include reroofing of rear lean to roof.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
