KCC/TM/0064/2026 – Proposed development at Stangate West Landfill Site, Quarry Hill Road, Borough Green, Kent TN15 8RW.
Infinis Solar Development Limited is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Construction and operation of a solar park and Battery Energy Storage System with associated infrastructure.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The proposed development could affect the setting of nearby Listed Buildings, and could affect nearby Public Rights of Way.
