I give notice that Hemi Developments Limited, c/o JG Town Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of conditions 1 and 9 of WD/2025/0555/MRM reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to WD/2021/2056/MAO (outline application for residential development of up to 55 dwellings including details of access (with all other matters reserved for future consideration)) to enable an amendment to the position of affordable housing and minor changes to the layout to accommodate the required drainage infrastructure, together with insertion of a phasing plan and condition for self-build plots, and amendment to the timescale for submission of the equipped play area details. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
