STATUTORY PLANNING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the following reasons set out below:

Application No: 26/00578/FUL

Location: Anglo European School Willow Green Ingatestone Essex CM4 0DJ

Proposal: Variation of Condition number 2 (Approved Plans), 10 (Construction Method Statement), 18 (Removal of Temporary Classrooms) and 26 (Energy and Sustainability Statement) of orginal application Application 25/00952/FUL (Demolitionof 5 existing buildings. Redevelopment of existing school siteand construction of new 3 storey school building and canopy structure including new car parking area, amphitheatre, MUGA’s, soft and hard landscaping and associated infrastructure) to allow for amendments to the energy strategy and the Portakabin route to the site.

Reason: Adj to Conservation Area
