NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER- LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1. Application for Listed Building Consent for internal alterations including: Knock through from existing living room to existing kitchen to create larger space, block up existing kitchen door. Remove non original ceiling from first floor bathroom and replacement of existing cupboard with shower at Abrahams House Main Road Betley Crewe Cheshire CW3 9AA by Mrs Charlotte Aston. File ref: 26/00372/LBC (Application site is a Grade II Listed Building and is within the Betley Conservation Area)
2. Application for approval of full scheme of vehicle access works including any associated engineering works as required by condition 10 of planning permission 22/00923/FUL - Conversion of existing chapel to single residential dwelling at Ashley Congregational Chapel, Chapel Lane, Ashley, TF9 4JX by Mr and Mrs G Wain. File ref. 22/00923/2CN10 (Grade II Listed Building)
3. Application for the approval of cycle parking facilities as required by condition 5 of planning permission 25/00352/ REM at Land North Of Mucklestone Wood Lane And East of Rock Lane Loggerheads Market Drayton Shropshire TF9 4EF by Shropshire Homes Ltd. File ref 25/00352/CN05 (application affects the setting of a Grade II listed building). During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively, the applications may be viewed online at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
