NOTICE is hereby given that South Staffordshire District Council intends to dispose of the leasehold land at Brickbridge Lane, Wombourne, South Staffordshire. The proposed disposal
is the sale of the leasehold to Wombourne Parish Council for the use as public or community playing fields and sport grounds.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to South Staffordshire District Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX for the attention of the Assistant Director for Commercial, Assets and Estates Enterprise.
A plan showing the area to be disposed of can be provided upon request by calling 01902 696000.
Any objections must be received by 5pm on Monday 13th July 2026.
