What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/0593/FH - 1-5 Bouverie Place, Folkestone, CT20 1WB - Retrospective application for the installation of temporary window treatment.
26/0679/FH - Flat 5, 31 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EN - Listed Building Consent for the replacement of existing balustrade to the rear elevation at fourth-floor level with 1.1m high frameless glass balustrade.
26/0771/FH - Cantle Cottage, 16 Church Hill, Hythe, CT21 5EG - Listed building consent for repair, refurbishment and alteration works including roof repairs and re-covering, replacement timber sash windows, repairs and alterations to rainwater goods, repair and redecoration of rear lean-to, internal alterations including kitchen relocation and utility/shower room formation, ventilation and services upgrades, plaster repairs, and associated works.
26/0819/FH - One Step Beyond, Westfield Lane, Etchinghill, Folkestone, CT18 8BT - Proposed garage conversion including installation of velux window, together with erection of detached double garage, in additional to the installation of timber cladding to main dwelling.
26/0824/FH - 32 North Road, Hythe, CT21 5DT - Installation of two windows at first & ground-floor to the east-facing elevation.
26/0878/FH - South Lodge Farm, South Lodge Road, Stelling Minnis, Canterbury, CT4 6BL - Listed Building Consent for the erection of an agricultural building.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
