KCC/DO/0017/2026 – Proposed development at
The Beacon Satellite, Salisbury Road, Walmer, Deal, Kent CT14 7QJ.
KCC Infrastructure Division Division is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a Section 73 application to amend Condition 2 of planning permission DO/22/1591 to create a dedicated access footway separated from The Beacon’s site by a weldmesh fence. This will also include the reinstatement of the pedestrian access gate to the right-hand side of the main entrance and installation of a new close boarded fence to the neighbour’s boundary and a weldmesh fence separating the footpath from the parking area.
