NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Application for Listed Building consent for rebuild of existing leaning chimney above junction with roof, re-point west chimney, the addition of potts and cowls to both chimneys, and repair and repoint part of masonry plinth wall on front elevation at 1 Church Cottages Church Street Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Southfleet Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building. Application Ref. DA/26/00597/LBC)

2) Temporary use of part of the existing car park, including the siting of prefabricated buildings and canopy block, to facilitate the storage and collection of electric cars together with parking for courtesy and staff cars (retrospective) (Variation of condition 1 of planning permission DA/25/00920/FUL to re-site and slightly amend the type/size of the approved prefabricated buildings) (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00644/VCON)

At Bluewater Shopping Centre Greenhithe Kent

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Loft conversion with rear dormer and front roof windows, garage conversion, single storey rear extension and change in colour of windows and doors to white at Badgers Rake Red Street Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character
or appearance of the Red Street Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/26/00664/FUL).

4) Change of use and conversion of existing former school building to 8 flats and the erection of 5 x 3 bed detached houses, along with new wheelchair accessible ramp, enlarged vehicle access, car parking, cycle parking, refuse store and extensive landscaping (including landscaped communal area)

At 189 High Road Wilmington Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00572/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building
