NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development on land to the South of Marsh Farm, Fobbing, SS17 9JW.

I give notice that Rayleigh Green Limited is applying to Thurrock Borough Council for planning permission to vary Condition 9 of planning reference APP/M1595/W/23/3328712 (Thurrock Borough Council reference 21/01635/FUL) to facilitate the creation of the approved site access off High Road.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council at Thurrock Council, Planning Department, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners’ rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.

*‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

** ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper, the Thurrock Gazette, as Certificate C is completed.
