Relating to the application to Vale of White Horse District Council for Outline planning application for the erection of up to 249 dwellings, including means of access into the site (not internal roads) from Spring Hill, with all other matters (relating to appearance, landscaping, scale and layout) reserved at Land to the North of Spring Hill, Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor, OX13 5HL
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
