I give notice that Clearwater Land and New Homes Limited is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of condition 2 of WD/2025/1153/F (allowed on appeal, ref 6002646 – demolition of existing farm shop and outbuildings and phased application for the erection of six semi-detached dwellings and one detached self build dwelling with associated landscaping and infrastructure) to rotate plot 7 through 90 degrees to address Goldbridge Road in line with plots 1-6 inc. To create improved frontage. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
