We are now consulting on our updated plans for South Brooks Solar Farm, a proposed new solar farm with
battery storage connecting into the National Grid at Dungeness Substation.
We consulted on our early plans for South Brooks last year. After reading all the feedback we received and
carrying out more environmental work, we have updated the plans. We are now asking for your further
feedback on these updated plans during our consultation, which begins on Thursday 28 May 2026.
