26/01305/FPH - 55 Gernon Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3HS - Single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration including insertion of ground floor side window.

26/01287/FPH - 44 High Street, Offley, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 3AH - Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing rear element. Insertion of rear box dormer with Juliet balconies and front rooflight. Alterations to fenestration including insertion of second floor side window.

26/01340/S73 - Windmill House, Bennetts Lane, Rushden, Buntingford, Hertfordshire, SG9 0SH - Variation of Condition 4 (revised visibility to allow retention of existing tree) of Planning Permission 25/01767/FPH granted 01/12/2025 for erection of detached timber garage and workshop outbuilding with storage, following demolition of existing detached outbuilding/garage.

26/01292/FPH - 15 South View, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3JH - First floor side extension and single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.

26/01269/LBC - 28 Hodwell, Ashwell, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5QQ - Internal and external alterations to curtilage-listed outbuilding (toilet block).

26/01262/FP - Land Rear Of: 78 High Street, Codicote, Hertfordshire, SG4 8XD - Single storey side and rear extension. Insertion of 1 rooflight to south facing roof slope. Provision of outdoor seating area.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
