Land at Stainland Memorial Park, Stainland Road, Halifax
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Calderdale intends to dispose of land at Stainland Memorial Park which forms part of an open space.
The disposal is by means of granting a 125 Year Community Asset Transfer Lease.
A plan of the area intended to be demised in the 125 Year CAT Lease is available upon request by e-mail sent to Sopiah.Miah@calderdale.gov.uk
Any member of the public wishing to obtain a copy of the plan, make representations on the proposed disposal or lodge an objection is invited to do so by no later than 4.30pm on 3rd July 2026.
