DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT
EIGHTLANDS ROAD, DEWSBURY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of by way of easement land at Eightlands Road, Dewsbury shown edged red on the plan. The council has identified that some part or parts of the site as are not occupied by buildings may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: D26-06), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9ELno later than 25th June 2026, giving full reasons for such objection.
