Space Land adjacent to
28 Clune Street, Clowne
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the above mentioned Act that Bolsover District Council intends to dispose of land adjacent to 28 Clune Street, Clowne, Derbyshire having an area of approximately 229 square metres. The purpose of the proposed disposal is that the land is surplus to the Council’s operational requirements.
A plan of the land may be inspected at Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne S43 4JY on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website.
