Notice of Intended Disposal of
Open Space Land at
Sunny Brook Close, Clowne
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the above-mentioned Act that Bolsover District Council intends to dispose of land adjacent to Sunny Brook Close, Clowne, Derbyshire having an area of approximately 619 square metres. The purpose of the proposed disposal is for a garden extension.
A plan of the land may be inspected at Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne S43 4JY on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website.
