2026/0055/FUL The erection of a new outbuilding to the rear of the existing property at The Willow House, 1 Halsall Farm Grove, Halsall. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2026/0323/FUL Single storey side extension. Demolition of existing sheds. New detached double garage at Mill House, Mill Lane, Aughton. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2026/0367/FUL Erection of gates and pillars to driveway and estate railings to front boundary following removal of existing fence (part retrospective) at 43 Granville Park West, Aughton. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2026/0373/FUL Proposed redevelopment and extension of existing industrial warehouse facility including vertical extension of the warehouse building, construction of additional office accommodation, and associated internal reconfiguration and external works at Eurowrap Ltd, 2 Pikelaw Place, West Pimbo.
