Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council has received the following Applications:

Adjacent To A Conservation Area

Land to the South of: John Baird Court, Silverdale, SE26 - Construction of a part one, part two-storey, three-bedroom dwellinghouse, and a two-bedroom granny annexe, together with the provision of cycle spaces and bin storage (DC/26/144146)

Applications Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building

The Grove, Centre 2, Jews Walk, SE26 - HB Grade II Listed Building Consent for the installation of a glazed canopy to the ground & first floor (DC/26/144159)

Railway Arches, 186 - 192 Edward Place, SE8 - HB Grade II Listed Building Consent for the demolition of existing rear lean-to structures and the construction of lean-to at the rear, installation of new roof lights, doors and roller shutters, the provision of new utility connections for each unit, including WCs (DC/26/144101)

Beckenham Place Park Conservation Area

Foxgrove Golf Club, Beckenham Place Park, BR3 - Construction of a single storey outdoor side structure, replacement windows in all elevation, new kitchen extractor and construction of a front patio for use as a restaurant (DC/26/143739)

Brockley Conservation Area

Jews Walk Conservation Area

The Grove Centre, 2 Jews Walk, SE26 - An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a Minor Material Amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/23/133339) dated 26 January 2024, for the variation of Condition (2) Approved Plans in order to allow:- the overall massing of the canopy has become smaller; opened rather than glazed; the structure is revised (DC/26/144153).

Lee Manor Conservation Area

53 Manor Lane, SE13 - Replacement windows (DC/26/142909).

Sydenham Hill/Kirkdale Conservation Area

19 Lammas Green, SE26 - HB Grade II Retrospective planning permission & listed building consent for the provision of an air-source heat pump, replacement windows and re-glazing of existing windows, construction of a new rear garden room at the rear (DC/26/144137 & DC/26/144138).
