NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 (2) (A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
Land at Berryfields Farm, Bicester Road, (1) Green Route A, Upende, Aylesbury and (2) Green Route B, Paradise Orchard, Aylesbury.
Notice is hereby given under the above-mentioned Act of the intention of Buckinghamshire Council to transfer areas of land as set out below of open space land by way of freehold transfers for the purpose of open space land, 4 plans showing both parcels of the land in question are available for inspection at Buckinghamshire Council Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UA between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Any objection to the proposed Transfers should be sent in writing to the Head of Asset Management Team, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF or by email to amt@buckinghamshire.gov.uk not later than 1 July 2026.
Areas of land referred to above.
1. Ap proximately 3.16 acres (1.28 hectares) Green Route A, Land at Berryfields Farm, Bicester Road, Upende, Aylesbury.
2. Ap proximately 0.52 acres (0.21 hectares) Green Route B, Land at Berryfields Farm, Bicester Road, Paradise Orchard, Aylesbury.
