Proposed Development at: Kidbrooke Village Redevelopment, Phase 3, Building C, SE3 9JH.
Take Notice that Berkeley Homes (Capital) Ltd are applying to The Royal Borough Of Greenwich for Planning Permission for the following proposed development:
"An application submitted under section 73 of the town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment to Planning Permission 19/2329/MA dated 13th August 2019 for the ‘Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 1,238 residential units (an increase of 255 residential units over and above the 2013 consent figure of 983 dwellings) (Use Class C3) together with 1,957m2 retail / commercial (Use Class A1), 1,305m2 of retail / commercial (Use Class A2-A5), 345m2 restaurant (Use Class A3), 5,713m2 of community (Use Class D1), a 2,696m2 supermarket (Use Class A1), a public square, publicly accessible open space and associated access, servicing, car parking, cycle parking and landscaping’ for an amendment to condition 1 to amend the approved plans in order to allow for:
• Building C: Change of Use Class from D1 and A1-A5, as approved within permission 19/2329/MA, to Use Class E.
• Amendment to Condition 8."

interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
** Tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
