c) Erection of a detached building for use as additional living accommodation (Revised Scheme 26/00527/PLF) at 19 Market Place Snaith DN14 9HE (Ref: 26/01342/PLF)

d) Change of use of land for the storage of empty and full skips, limited handling of waste ancillary to skip storage and re-distribution, parking and operation of associated vehicles and distribution of skips to and from the site (Retrospective Application) at Bursea Lane Farm Bursea Lane Holme Upon Spalding Moor YO43 4BZ (Ref: 26/00582/CM)

Proposal (c) is within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,c) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (b) is a departure from the approved Development Plan of the area.
