Proposed development at: Land to the rear of The Beaufort Arms, 184 London Road, Cheltenham, GL52 6HJ Take notice that application is being made by: Beaufort (Cheltenham) Ltd For planning permission to: Erect a two storey building to accommodate 3no. 1 bed apartments, with associated works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL50 9SA

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
